During the Chinese civil war, a small part of the Kuomintang — the Chinese nationalist party — took refuge in Thailand. This community went on to develop tea cultivation in the region, producing mostly oolong. This tea offers a fruity, malty, citrus bouquet carried by woody, honeyed and floral notes. Harmonious and round, it showcases every note, which lingers on for a pleasant sweetness.
