INGREDIENTS FOR THE MATCHA PUDDING

MATCHA AND CHIA SEED PUDDING RECIPE

  1. In a jar with an airtight lid, add the chia seeds and the matcha, then stir.
  2. Add the plant-based milk and the agave syrup (if desired).
  3. Close the lid and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are combined and the matcha is well dissolved.
  4. Leave to rest for 5 minutes, then shake again. Repeat this twice.
  5. Then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  6. When ready to serve (chilled or at room temperature), add the cashew nuts, raspberries and blueberries.
