INGREDIENTS FOR THE KALE AND MATCHA SMOOTHIE
Discover the ingredients for the smoothie recipe (two servings):
- 40g of kale
- 2 apples
- 1 mango
- 1 lime
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon of n°701 – Matcha Yogashi Bio nunshen
KALE AND MATCHA SMOOTHIE RECIPE
- Wash the kale well and remove the toughest stems
- Wash the apples well, cut them into quarters and then into thick slices
- Peel the mango and cut it into thick slices
- Wash the lime, squeeze it to collect the juice and grate a little zest
- Pour all the ingredients into a blender until you obtain a smooth mixture. Add a little water if necessary until you reach the desired texture
