Shan jasmine comes from the mountainous region of northern Vietnam. This region is exceptionally rich in ancient tea trees that can reach 5 to 10 metres in height. Harvesting is therefore very difficult, as it requires climbing the trees to gather the best leaves. This green tea is placed in contact with fresh jasmine flowers over several successive nights. Generous, this plant gives all its fragrant power to the leaves, producing a highly floral, vegetal and mineral tea. The texture supports and accompanies the aromas. Great elegance, but also great character and depth.
