The profile is built around camphoraceous vegetal notes with accents of mint, rosemary and eucalyptus. The bouquet then develops floral nuances of freesia and peony, lifted by an aniseed touch and a lemony zest. On the palate, the lively, balanced texture prolongs a lovely freshness, while a note of sweet almond and a fine bitterness structure the whole. A first flush with a fine, expressive character, typical of the China variety.
