In the heights of Darjeeling, a small manufacture crafts its teas with care, the leaves worked in very small quantities. Each lot is the reflection of a moment, of an attentive gesture, of a precise harvest. We were lucky enough to select this lot, from the first spring pluckings. It offers a fine floral bouquet with notes of white lilac blossom and honeysuckle, accompanied by soft notes of almond and tonka bean. A few touches of fresh grass, anise and camphor bring liveliness to the whole. A tea that tells of the season, the gesture and the simplicity of the place.
