- 3 eggs
- 120g of sugar
- 150g of flour
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
- 160g of melted salted butter
- 2 vanilla pods
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon of n°70 – Matcha Premium Bio nunshen or n°701 – Matcha Yogashi Bio nunshen.
- A pinch of black sesame
MATCHA POUND CAKE RECIPE
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- First, mix the sugar and the eggs.
- Mix the flour, the baking powder, the vanilla sugar and the matcha.
- Incorporate it into the egg and sugar mixture.
- Melt the butter and incorporate it into the mixture.
- Split the vanilla pods and collect the seeds, which you will add to the mixture.
- Also add a sachet of vanilla sugar.
- Pour your mixture into a loaf tin and sprinkle with black sesame.
- Bake for about 40 minutes at 180°.
