INGREDIENTS FOR THE MATCHA PUDDING
Discover the list of ingredients to make your matcha and chia seed pudding:
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 150 ml of plant-based milk (almond or coconut)
- 5 cashew nuts
- 1 teaspoon of n°70 – Matcha Premium Bio nunshen or n°701 – Matcha Yogashi Bio nunshen.
- 4 raspberries and 10 blueberries
- Agave syrup (optional)
MATCHA AND CHIA SEED PUDDING RECIPE
- In a jar with an airtight lid, add the chia seeds and the matcha, then stir.
- Add the plant-based milk and the agave syrup (if desired).
- Close the lid and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are combined and the matcha is well dissolved.
- Leave to rest for 5 minutes, then shake again. Repeat this twice.
- Then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- When ready to serve (chilled or at room temperature), add the cashew nuts, raspberries and blueberries.
