RUBY YANKI

Under the guidance of Yankhu Tamang, this tea is produced by one of Darjeeling’s first farming collectives championing tea quality, privileged working conditions and eco-responsible methods. The Darjeeling Small Growers Society works towards the social and economic development of small plantations and runs its own factory in the Mirik valley. This tea offers a rich, indulgent aromatic bouquet of honeyed, fruity and vanilla notes, combined with woody nuances. Enjoy it at the end of a meal or for a refined tea time.
