Fermented in small baskets on the Jingmai mountain, this shucha puerh expresses a supple, deep character. Aromas of forest floor, bark and mushroom blend with notes of dark fruits and nuts, carried by a fine texture and a delicate umami flavour. A balanced dark tea, at once soft and present, ideal to accompany mushroom dishes or recipes with woodland accents.
