This tea is produced by mountain ethnic communities of northern Laos, in the Meung district. Teas in Laos are still largely grown from seed, by families who carry on ancestral know-how, in environments where biodiversity is very much present. The tea plants, left as small trees, develop deep roots. Combined with the richness of the terroir, these teas offer a remarkable sensory character. The scents of honey and cocoa, underpinned by woody nuances, give this Honeybee Black a profile that is both soft and indulgent. Enjoy it hot or cold.
