In 1830, Earl Grey, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, gave his name to this now famous scented tea. This aromatic infusion is made of Chinese black tea and a natural flavouring obtained by extracting bergamot peel. It took us a great deal of research to find the ideal bergamot note — and no fewer than 25 attempts before we arrived at the right recipe, yet so simple. We hope you’ll love it too.
