It is among the gardens of the little village of Jasbire, perched at 1,800 metres of altitude, that the farmers pick the finest buds before bringing them, with pride, to Sharad’s small factory. The making of this tea demands patience, love and delicacy. The harvest is limited to just a few kilos a day. In this subtle, fresh and floral tea, notes of honey and hazelnut precede a finish rich in vanilla and chocolate, with a most delicate touch of mint. A tea that is pure happiness.
