The n°16 – Bleu des Îles Bio is a sublime organic herbal infusion with an azure-blue colour and bold notes of ginger and citrus.
This infusion is inspired by the beauty of the islands, combining the delicate flavours of butterfly pea, the warmth of ginger, the brightness of citrus, the serenity of lemongrass and the refreshing effect of eucalyptus for an exceptional sensory experience.
Each sip is an escape towards an azure-blue lagoon, a revitalising break in the heart of lush nature.
With the n°16 – Bleu des Îles Bio infusion, nunshen aims to offer an infusion rich in benefits.
The presence of ginger aids digestion and has anti-inflammatory properties.
Butterfly pea, for its part, has calming effects on the body. It reduces stress and anxiety, helps with sleep and improves cognitive functions such as attention, memory and concentration.
Finally, eucalyptus helps to purify. It is a very good winter ally, which relieves inflammation of the respiratory tract.

“I encountered butterfly pea for the first time in Thailand in 2016. Local people drink a great deal of it for its health benefits. I fell in love with this infusion, which can be drunk on its own or in a cocktail. I immediately wanted to create something.
This infusion was thus born of my travel inspirations, both in its colour and in the evocation of its notes.
The creative process of this infusion was built around ginger, of which I am particularly fond. I have a real passion for ginger and I wanted it to be both pronounced and accessible. So I enhanced it by adding a few lemony notes with a lime found in Asia.”
“In terms of profile, the Bleu des Îles has a very zesty, fresh, vegetal and slightly spiced attack.
The liveliness of the ginger then marries perfectly with the kaffir lime and the lemon. The whole is lifted by a freshness, a typicity and a character found through slightly fresher notes with the presence of eucalyptus.
The butterfly pea then brings roundness and connection to the different ingredients.
I recommend this infusion to anyone who wants to do themselves good through all the virtues of plants. It can be enjoyed in winter as well as in summer, hot as well as cold.”
