Strawberry Cherry
Ingredients (for 4 people):
Strawberry juice
100 – Sencha Cherry Bio
Mint leaves
Preparing the iced tea:
Steep 2g of Sencha Cherry tea for 30 minutes in 150 ml of filtered water at room temperature.
Preparing the cocktail:
In a carafe, pour 600 ml of strawberry juice and 150 ml of iced Sencha Cherry. Add 5 spearmint leaves, then chill for about 1 hour.
Serve chilled. To enjoy for a brunch with pancakes or at teatime.
Cranberry cherry
Ingredients:
Cranberry juice
100 – Sencha Cherry Bio
Lemonade
Frozen red fruits
Preparing the cold tea:
Steep 4g of Sencha Cherry tea for 30 minutes in 250 ml of filtered water at room temperature. Chill for at least 1 hour. Also chill the cranberry juice and the lemonade.
In a large carafe, mix 500 ml of cranberry juice, 250 ml of iced Sencha Cherry tea and 250 ml of lemonade.
Add a mix of frozen red fruits to keep the drink cool.
Serve chilled, enjoy at teatime or as an aperitif. To drink with family!
Touareg revisited
Ingredients (for 2 people):
150 ml strawberry juice
2g of 110 – Touareg tea, or one muslin
Blackcurrant syrup
1 sprig of spearmint
Preparing the iced tea:
Steep 2g of Touareg tea for 1 hour in 200 ml of filtered water at room temperature. Keep chilled.
Preparing the mocktail:
In a large carafe, pour 450 ml of strawberry juice, 150 ml of iced Touareg and 2 teaspoons of blackcurrant syrup. Mix well. You can add a sprig of spearmint. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, at a brunch or at teatime.
